Holistic Core & Stretch is a blend of Yoga, Pilates & Stretching. The focus of this class is centered around building core strength while increasing flexibility and mobility.
Suitable for everyone regardless of exercise experience.

This class is a must to keep you going! I couldn’t do without this Core &Stretch to help with my fitness and muscle strength. It has really helped with my back, balance and co-ordination. Anyone of any ability can do the exercises and Rob will always adapt to meet your needs. A very friendly group of people to welcome you and enjoy exercising together.

Circuits, Core & Stretch is a class that will improve your strength, endurance and flexibility.
Each class will start with a circuit of bodyweight and resistance exercises followed with a focus on ab/core strength, finishing with all important stretch/mobility exercises.
This class is suitable for all regardless of previous exercise experience.

Really enjoyed this class. I’m not a cardio fan but the mix of circuit exercises and then the core and stretch makes a really good combination. High intensity to start with a slower finish. Suitable for all as the exercises can be adapted to meet any needs. Well worth a try!

The classes are always great fun and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. There’s a great atmosphere and you always leave feeling good. The pass offers great value and you don’t even need to book the classes, just turn up and put the effort in!

A great way to meet people, have some fun and also get fit. The pass gives you the freedom to pick and choose which classes you use and is really good value. 

A great way to get up and active. All the classes are covered by the pass which gives  really good value for money. A great bunch of people, of all levels of ability, very friendly and just great fun.

Hi!  My name is Rob, founder of Fitness 4 Life.

At Fitness 4 Life, I aim to create an experience where people feel comfortable and enjoy working towards their health and wellbeing goals.  I’ll work with you to build your confidence and trust in what we’re doing.  We’ll look at your individual needs and work closely together to achieve and maintain those results.  I’ll make training fun so that your journey is a pleasure rather than a chore.  I promise that no two sessions will ever be the same!
